statementofwork.org is operated by Defining Work Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. The data controller for the purposes of UK and EU GDPR is Defining Work Limited.

Where our processors are based outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, typically the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional measures where required by law.
