The portfolio view: what the SoWs collectively commit the organisation to, the register built on SoW Reference and Type of Work, and what changes the moment a document is signed.

Acceptance at scale, the Debrief and Review cadence, warranty against acceptance criteria, service levels and credits where the document defines them, penalties and incentives on Outcome-Based work.
