Nine modules and a graded capstone, about five hours, fully self-paced. These are the anchors.

How the 11 sections and 51 elements structure everything you write. The map you reach for on every document that follows.

Choosing the commercial model that fits the work, then completing the Cover Page correctly so the rest of the document has a frame.

The anchor module. Convert a prose brief into structured Scope of Work, Out of Scope, and Customer Dependencies tables. Turn every assumption into a requirement or a dependency, and write exclusions with a rationale suppliers cannot argue with.

Define deliverables that can be accepted or rejected objectively, so payment never hangs on an opinion. Link every deliverable to a scope reference and a due date, with measurable acceptance criteria.

Use AI to do the drafting, with you owning the judgement. Turn a brief into complete scope, pricing, and acceptance tables, then validate every output against the 51-element checklist before it enters the document.
