A section-by-section pass across the 11 sections and 51 elements. The order and rhythm of a review that misses nothing.

Rate every element as Strong, Incomplete, or Not addressed. Run the full checklist against any SoW, reference exact locations so authors fix rather than argue, and report in the standard assessment language.

Trace every payment to a pricing line and find the exposure hiding in the numbers. Reconcile the pricing summary, pricing table, and payment schedule, and spot uncapped exposure in penalties, expenses, and rate cards.

The escalation triggers, and how to push back with evidence rather than opinion.

Run and supervise AI-assisted review. Chain the structural, scope, commercial, and regulation review prompts, validate AI findings before they reach an author, and know what the AI cannot judge.

No. The standard gives the review method its structure, and the principles are what you keep: scope you can point at, acceptance criteria that can be tested, money traceable to a pricing line, and formal change control. They hold for whatever document lands on your desk, in your template or the supplier's. Adopting the standard makes them easier to enforce, and adoption is its own project.
