Seven modules and a graded capstone, about five hours, fully self-paced. Transforming builds the programme and gets the documents in.

The routing decision. A requisition buys talent by the hour under your direction; a Statement of Work buys an outcome a supplier is accountable for. The five diagnostic questions in order, why outcome work run as a requisition is the most expensive misroute a programme makes, and one intake for both channels.
Contingent workforce vocabulary mapped onto the standard: requisition against Statement of Work, rate cards onto Pricing, classification and co-employment risk onto Employee Supply Chain Compliance, the VMS line onto the 51 elements. Requestors, demand management, and talent and services in one methodology.
